  • IRS support for simple notices

  • Secure document portal access

Pricing:

  • Tier 1 (W-2s, 1099s, etc.): $450-$700

  • Tier 2 (includes additional schedules): $1,200-$2,500

  • Pricing is based on complexity and determined after initial consultation. 

Level II:
Small Business Essentials

Includes: 

  • Everything in Level I Tier

  • Federal business return (Form 1065/1120-S or complex Schedule C) 

  • Monthly bookkeeping services

  • Quarterly estimated payment calculations

  • Annual 1099 preparation

  • Annual planning and strategy meeting

Pricing:

  • Starting at $500/ month

  • Initial book clean up, if required, will be quoted separately. 

  • Pricing is based on complexity and determined after initial consultation. 

Level III:
Growth, Advisory, Legacy 

Includes: 

  • Everything in Levels I and II Tiers

  • Quarterly planning meetings 

  • Financing support

  • Custom reports 

  • Entity structure review and optimization 

  • Succession/ exit planning

  • Simple estate and trust coordination with legal team 

Pricing:

  • Starting at $1,500/ month

  • Initial book clean up, if required, will be quoted separately. 

  • Pricing is based on complexity and determined after initial consultation. 

Additional and A la carte Services:

  • Form 1041s (Trusts and Estates): $850-$2,000 depending on complexity

  • Sales tax filings: $200/ month per jurisdiction 

  • Entity formation / S-election: $750-$1,250 depending on specific project
